What are your business hours for phone support?
Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT. Outside these hours, you can still reach us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
Do you charge fees for travel consultations?
Initial consultations are completely free. We only charge planning fees for complex custom itineraries, and these fees are typically credited toward your final booking. We’re transparent about all costs upfront with no hidden fees.
Can I schedule an in-person consultation at your London office?
Absolutely! We welcome in-person consultations at our London office. Please contact us to schedule an appointment in advance so we can ensure a dedicated travel consultant is available to assist you with your travel plans.
How did you start traveling?
I fell in love with travel during a 2018 hiking trip to the rocky mountains in Azerbaijan. The next year, I did my first major international trip — a solo road trip across Iceland. My budget was small, so I slept in the back of a rental car for 1 month while I drove 4,000 kilometers around the entire country, filming all of the scenic places in Iceland.
